The 2015 Game is … Recycle Rush! Recycle Rush is a recycling-themed game
played by two Alliances of three robots each. Robots score points by stacking totes on scoring platforms, capping those stacks with recycling containers, and properly disposing of pool noodles, representing litter. In keeping with the recycling theme of the game, all game pieces used are reusable or recyclable by teams in their home locations or by FIRST at the end of the season.
A picture of the field is on the right. During autonomous, the robots start in the area between the drive team and the first scoring platform. They get points for stacking the yellow Coopertition totes in the scoring area, moving the containers into the scoring area, and simply driving the robot into the scoring area. During teleop, robots score points by making a stack using the totes, containers, and litter. The higher the stack, the more points!
